 On May 7 2014 - I was invited to participate in a discussion about Insurance for Business owners by Your Business with Charmaine on Rogers TV here in Barrie, Ontario.

Our main specialty when it comes to insurance for business owners is the following;

- Life Insurance: Pays a on a lump sum, tax free benefit on death.
- Disability Insurance: Pays a monthly income if you get sick or hurt and can't work.
- Critical Illness Insurance: Pays a lump sum, tax free benefit if someone becomes critically ill. (Heart Attack, Cancer, Stroke and a variety of other illnesses)
- Group Benefits: Used to provide added health benefits for employees.

The main point I am really trying to drive home is the importance of talking to a real life insurance broker who will review your situation and provide insight on how products work, help you discover on your own what you need or don't need and then show you the available options in the industry so you can decide what makes the most sense for you.

Our insurance is not a packaged solution and really needs to be looked at on a case by case basis.
