Debt - The New Normal

It is no surprise that we are having debt issues in Canada. Most people are feeling the pressure. I have included below a piece that illustrates this reality.

Much like anything in life that we are trying to fix, the first step is awareness. Be aware that there is an issue that needs to be dealt with.

Next step -  Get some help. Most people do not like to talk about or look at their day to day finances. By no surprise  it is one of the least favoured activities people would like to do with their free time as per a recent study by Mackenzie Financial. It is hard to deal with things on your own sometimes. Seek a professional and look to get a debt and cash flow management plan and an accountability partner.
