Allen has been influential in the life insurance industry in recruiting and developing new advisors; he is currently is coaching experienced brokers and helping agents develop their own agencies. As President and C.E.O of Allen Wong & Associates Insurance Agency Limited, he has built a reputation in the financial industry as a consistent top producer and a valuable resource for product development.
